How does bidding work on FABNIK?
During a live stream, a seller starts an auction on a product with a starting price and a countdown timer. Shoppers place bids in real time using FABNIK coins, which are purchased in advance. The highest bidder when the timer ends wins the item and completes payment through the app.
Is it safe to buy from sellers on FABNIK?
Yes. Every payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed. If an item never arrives or doesn't match what was shown, buyers can raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery for a review and possible refund. Sellers must complete identity verification before they can receive payouts.
What does "Watch" mean on FABNIK?
Watching an item saves it to a personal list without committing to buy or bid right away. It's useful for tracking an auction you're interested in or a product you want to come back to later, and you can get notified when a watched auction is about to end.
How do sellers get paid on FABNIK?
Once a buyer confirms delivery (or 48 hours pass after delivery with no dispute raised), payment is automatically transferred to the seller's linked bank account, minus FABNIK's platform fee.
What payment methods does FABNIK accept?
